Each class has a topic that will focus on attributes of the Ego Voice (our conditioning and beliefs) and the Mindful Self (our intuition, higher knowing, and powerful wisdom), you will learn when we are making our life chooses from which part of these. Deep Play is speaking and acting from the heart center, with deep clarity, fluidity and honesty in communication while surrendering to the sensuality of free, open and courageous play.
In this transformational and highly practice-based retreat, participants will increase their connection with who they are and what they feel at the moment. As a consequence, they will be able to connect and play more deeply with their partners -- friends, lovers or husbands and wives.
Participants are welcome in pairs or as individuals, as the retreat will focus on both the individual and the relation of the individual to the group.
